I had a pleasure of contracting this company through Ariel and their service was quick and professional. My condo is located in Aventura and they were able to assist with a service call utilizing a snake to remove the blockage and allow the toilet to flush well. Very content with their service and Martin.

Excellent work with a seriously complicated job. These guys were here for 9 hours til 9pm at night just to return the next day for 7 more hours. Took extra care and precaution regarding my personal items and explained everything . They informed me of all they did and why and took the hard route to not make extra holes in my walls and floors. Ray is a champ and the whole staff (I’ve seen a ton of them over the three day period) have been courteous and fantastic. They also cleaned their messes really well. Five stars or more. For sure!!!!

My parents had a leak from their 2nd floor shower from a broken pipe. The leak caused a leak that flowed into the living room leaving the 1st floor flooded and extensive damage to the ceiling and drywall. I called Bortak immediately because they came highly recommended from a friend and spoke to Boris who was absolutely awesome. He sent a technician named Rodolvo who began to work immediately and efficiently. My parents have nothing but high praise for his work. He showed them photos and explained what he did to accomplish the job. All THIS while I was at work. Great price, great service! Honestly, 5 Stars is not enough for the peace of mind. Thank you Boris and Rodovaldo and all staff at Bortak! Bravo!

I have been using for both my commercial properties and projects at home for a couple of years. They have been consistently above and beyond with both customer service and quality work on jobs ranging from clearing clogged toilets, installing new fixtures and water heaters and larger jobs like connecting a home to city sewer. I have had the pleasure of working with Ariel on several occasions and he as been nothing but professional, polite, and accommodating, not to mention doing top-notch work. One call to Boris and a crew is dispatched surprisingly quickly. 100% would recommend.
